Hey kidz!!! How about a worker's right to sue her REALLY bad boss???

Imagine if your boss knew your workplace was going to suffer a horrific attack of some sort, and even though there was plenty of time to notify you so you could be evacuated to safety, your REALLY bad boss chose not to.

Suppose both you and your child that happened to be at work with you that day were both seriously injured in this really horrific event?

Do you have the RIGHT to sue your REALLY bad boss???

What if you tried to sue your REALLY bad boss, but when you got to court you found out that the Judge is the first cousin of your REALLY bad boss's former REALLY bad boss?

What if you point out that there is a conflict of interest to this REALLY bad Judge and he tells you, "tough noogies" and refuses to step down as the law mandates???

Well, just when this ol' fool thought I had the most Kafka-esque 9-11 story with my tale of woe . . . along comes U.S. Army Specialist April Gallop . . .

"Judge John Walker, George Walker Bush's cousin, judges April Gallop's suit - Army Specialist April Gallop, was in the wing of the Pentagon that was hit on 9/11, with her small boy, and injured in the rubble. . .

In 2008, she sued Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Myers for not evacuating the Pentagon, when they knew it was a potential target. Her case was dismissed on March 15, 2010, but appealed that decision.

I guess we will see what Bush's cousin Judge John Walker has to say about the matter . . . IF we watch very closely . . .
