Two Part Strategy for Afghanistan War

October 4, 2009
Two part strategy for Afghanistan War:

1) hold off on deploying any more troops

2) President Obama calls for a major conference on the War.
this could well take place at the United Nations with key 'players';
the U.S., NATO, Afghan gov't., Pakistan gov't; the Taliban, al-Qaeda,
U.S. Military, U.S.State Department, United Nations Agencies, others....

Objective: To review present war situation and negotiate peace settlement
for all concerned.
