Dem. Congressman Chris Murphy is author of a new bill (HR862) requiring Supreme Ct. judges to sign an ethics agreement as part of their oath of office.  Until now they were on the “honor” system.   It comes after Clarence Thomas consistently cheated on his income taxes and he, Scalia and Alito helped raise money for the Koch Bros.The bill, popular among Democrats,  already has 43 co-signatures.
