AN ADVERSE NEGATIVE IMPACT OF GLOBAL WARMING

California is the only state in the United States and the WORLD to enact comprehensive coastal management legislation in 1976.

I was the only local government rep to attend the passage of the legislation in Sacto, and the subsequent Coastal Commission's Administrative Rules, Regulations, and Guidelines over a year's time.

It is because of my unique knowledge that I continue to keep you informed re: developments of global warming and its effects on the coastlines, cities, states, lowlands, and islands of the world. My responsibility is never ending, in keeping with the University of California's Alumni's Duties and Reponsibilities (1983)
