As an aside, I'd like to note that Rep. Thaddeus McCotter (R-MI, 11th Congressional District) also offered HR3347 in this clip, calling for human rights to be a criteria of US trade with China, "...imperative that this relationship be built upon every human being's God-given rights to liberty, including the free exercise of religion and free speech and the ability to form free and independent labor unions..."
