Daybreak in Maryland Slide Show

Sights and Scenes from a good old-fashioned summer picnic, with speechmaking, terrific food, music and a book signing, “Daybreak,” for author/activist David Swanson. The event was sponsored by the Progressive Democrats of Montgomery County and moderated by its chair, Mike Hersh. It was held on August 30, 2009, in Wheaton, Maryland, just north of the Washington, D.C. line.
