Support Cheney to Be a Peace Advocate
Excerpt from an Email promoting an upcoming conference:
Imagine stripping this out of the context of partisan thinking. Imagine supporting Reagan to be a brilliant intellectual. Imagine supporting the military to teach nonviolence. Shall we try supporting Wall Street to solve the housing crisis? We could support thieves to protect our stuff while we're out supporting hurricanes to provide gentle breezes.
Will anyone at this conference perhaps ask whether opposing everything we oppose might make more sense than supporting it? Or would that be too unsupportive?

Was and still is novelity President to many Americans who voted for him.
He has a very good master hold on speeches.
He uses the arts of "Deception and Misleading" statements and comments in hopes of maintaining his 'hipnotic' spell on millions of people that he convinced to vote for him for the sake of "Change you can beleive in".
But, in reality, his actions thus far comes up way way short of his deceitful and misleading rethoric.
His puppet actions prove to this Democrat, and many of my friends as well, he has no plans to even try fulfilling his promises to the people.
To simply say "Words are Cheap", must be at the top of his action planner, in the past, today, tomorrow, and beyond. And it's pretty apparent that he has never ending supply of "WORDS".
Obama and every other elected official in Washington are corporate stooges. They are bought, paid for and owned by the big corporate interests. Obama is a good man who knows what is right and what should be done, BUT HE CAN DO NOTHING because he is NOT IN CHARGE! He could say anything he needs to to get elected, but once he takes office, the money that put him there rules! Until the money factor is removed, nothing will change.
Example: I just learned (from Democracy now with Amy Goodman) that Howard Hughes worked to extend the Vietnam war so he could sell more helicopters. THIS is the type of crap that is going on. It is very likely why Obama is sending more troops to Afghanistan. HE is not in charge. The "military industrial complex" is! The fact that the location of all our military basis there follow the path of a proposed gas pipeline may be another reason.
