California is the only state in the United States and the WORLD to enact comprehensive coastal management legislation in 1976.

I was the only local government rep to attend the passage of the legislation in Sacto, and the subsequent Coastal Commission's Administrative Rules, Regulations, and Guidelines over a year's time.

It is because of my unique knowledge that I continue to keep you informed re: developments of global warming and its effects on the coastlines, cities, states, lowlands, and islands of the world. My responsibility is never ending, in keeping with the University of California's Alumni's Duties and Reponsibilities (1983)

REQUESTED LEGISLATION RE: APOPHIS ASTEROID

On 4/16/09, I requested my Congressman Jerry Lewis, (R-CA- 41st),and Ranking Member of the House Appropriations Committee seek amendatory language to any pending legislation that would provide funding to the "STAR WARS PROGRAM" to DEFLECT the incoming APOPHIS ASTEROID OR ANY NEAR EARTH OBJECT (NEO). The APOPHIS ASTEROID is due to come within 18,000 miles of earth in 2029 and maybe closer in 2036. The 18,000 miles is closer than our existing COMMUNICATION SATELLITES. There is a chance that it will impact the earth in 2036!

Should it impact the earth in 2036 or thereafter, the APOPHIS ASTEROID would destroy all life on earth.
