Thank God Ron Paul's a congressman again, he may have dropped out and lost the race for president of the united states in 2008, but the revolution will be around forever and that revolution now goes to chuck baldwin.
No More Two Party dictatorship.
...this new proposal floating out there is much worse than he understands right now.
All of these massive investment houses are looking at big losses right now. The Dow is still slipping even after the 1/2 point rate drop which will do nothing but increase inflation for us.
So, what they are proposing is simply to flood the stock markets with hundreds of billions of our dollars, which will serve to temporarily inflate the Dow. Then Paulson will buy high with our money, paying off the investment houses and big investors.
But at that point, the big investors and investment houses will sell off what they have, and that run will washout the gains from our hundreds of billions of dollars.
Paulson will not sell off our "stock" and when the collapse comes along, these investors will make tons of money, our money, and we will be left with useless stock while our attention is on the election or a new war with Iran or the new great depression.
This is complete unacceptable.
As it just so happens, this is exactly what they wanted to do with our Social Security money, but that was defeated.
Paulson is now talking about betting 700 billion dollars of our money on a failing Stock Market in some BS prop-it-up scheme that they know will fail.
This is unbelievable
