So what are the short lives of 10 small humans compared to keeping the world's biggest crap game afloat on Wall Street & beyond? They were already condemned anyway, being born in a land so distant culturally and geographically from the exceptional nation of freedom and democracy. Their return on investment was virtually nil.

There isn't enough irony in the world to try to wrap one's head around the contradictions, ruthless greed, and moral emptiness of US foreign policy — and a public that has largely been trained or forced to look the other way.
