VICTORY! Court Says Plaintiffs Can Challenge Bush Wiretapping Law
Mar 21st, 2011 - In a huge victory for privacy and the rule of law, a federal appeals court today reinstated our landmark lawsuit challenging the FISA Amendments Act (FAA), a statute that gives the executive branch virtually unchecked power to collect Americans' international e-mails and telephone calls.
The ACLU filed the lawsuit on behalf of a broad coalition of attorneys and human rights, labor, legal and media organizations whose work requires them to engage in sensitive and sometimes privileged telephone and e-mail communications with colleagues, clients, journalistic sources, witnesses, experts, foreign government officials and victims of human rights abuses located outside the United States.
A federal district court dismissed the case in August 2009, ruling that the plaintiffs did not have the right to challenge the new surveillance law because they could not prove that their own communications had been monitored under it. {continued}

Hey kidz!!! So, can somebody tell WHEN and HOW I can SUE BushCO??? . .. ;-)
My telecommunications company, Bivouac International, was subcontracted in the late 1990s by Global Knowledge to develop the classes and provide the training on the new CALEA compliant "Softswitch/Router" equipment for the major Telcos, the ISPs, the FBI, the U.S. Military, and the NSA . . . and don't forget, of course, good ol' Booz, Allen, and Hamilton.
I realized the NSA was breaking the law when they requested that I teach the classes on "T1 based" telephony . . . which was only used in the USA and Japan . . . pretty much everywhere where the NSA should have been operating by their charter was "E1 based" telephony. The NSA shoud NOT have been looking at any domestic T1-based switches at all. . . but now we know they were . . . ILLEGALLY.
When I would teach my classes Communication Law, primarily the 4th Amendment and the FISA Laws, I was shocked to hear the team leaders and managers of these analyst divisions tell me that under their mandate, they were allowed to collect any and ALL information on anyone, anywhere, at any time. What the law meant to them was that they only had to follow the FISA laws if they intended to use what they found in a court of law.
One need to look no further than the BushCo legal council of folks like Alan Dershowitz, Alberto Gonzales, and John Yoo for this "legal-sleaze" shredding of the U.S. Constitution . . .

At the same time, I was on the NC Executive Committee, a national delegate, a county chair for the North Carolina Libertarian Party and had run for the congressional seat of North Carolina District 54 in 2000. It was during this election that I exposed the vote fraud programming of the new electronic voting machines.
I was scheduled to teach a class at the Global Knowledge Training Center in New York the week of 9-11. This venue was mere blocks from the World Trade Center towers. My class was mainly intelligence folks and law enforcement. Even though this class was completely full, it was suddenly canceled the Friday before 9-11
with no reason given.
I became a "9-11 TRUTHER" on September 11, 2001 when BushCo tried to sell us the "Magick Cell Phones On Planes" story . .. and I saw WTC-7 collapse at free fall speed.
If anyone knew how cell phone technology worked at that time, it would have been ME . . . I was training the engineers at Ericsson, Motorola, as well as all the major Telcos . . . ;-)

When I began presenting my hypothesis that 9-11 was a "False Flag" operation carried out by the PNAC group and the Office of Special Plans working with the Israeli MOSSAD to both the FBI and the Libertarian Party . .. I found out that my OWN phones were being tapped . . . ILLEGALLY.
Shortly thereafter, Global Knowledge abruptly canceled all my contracts and locked me out of all my instructor accounts. My phone suddenly stopped ringing and I realized I was being "shunned" professionally. Friends on the inside informed me that I was on one of "the lists" and would never be able to work in my industry again.
The Israel-First Zionists of the Libertarian Party made my life hell to the point where I resigned from all positions and left the party completely. Pretty bad when you are getting constant death threats from your own party members. . . for supporting the U.S. Constitution and the RULE OF LAW!!! . . . ;-)
I lost my business, my farm, my animals, my home, my recording studio, my marriage . . . and ended up homeless living out of my car in a tent for a few years.
So, I figure at some point I ought to be able to sue BushCo, Global Knowledge, et al for a few zillion dollars . . .chump change to the Global Zionist Elite like the Rothschilds, Warburgs, Rockefellers, and the Goldman Sachs crowd that have profited so much from these illegal wars and occupations based on LIES . . ;-)
Yup, a few zillion dollars that I plan to promptly send to the kidz in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Gaza . . . not to mention all the homeless and starving kidz in the USA . . .
After all, compared to what these kidz faced with the Global Zionist "WAR OF TERROR" . . . I've had a decade of comfort and easy living. . . . ;-)
