Department of Justice Blurts Out Truth About Anthrax Frameup; Will Obama Charge DOJ With Espionage?

Investigators initially focused on the wrong man, then had to pay him a nearly $6 million settlement. In 2008, they accused another man, Bruce E. Ivins, who killed himself before he could go to trial.
Now, in the latest twist, the government has argued against itself.
In documents deep in the files of a recently settled Florida lawsuit, Justice Department civil attorneys contradicted their own department’s conclusion that Ivins was unquestionably the anthrax killer. The lawyers said the type of anthrax in Ivins’s lab was “radically different” from the deadly anthrax. They cited several witnesses who said Ivins was innocent, and they suggested that a private laboratory in Ohio could have been involved in the attacks.

"The FBI knows of a man who was caught entering the lab where the Anthrax used in the letters was kept, after he had been fired for a racially motivated attack on a co-worker. So, why is the FBI wasting its time with Steven Hatfill and Bruce Ivins? . . .
. . . As most readers are already aware, the Anthrax contained in the letters sent to Congress was determined to be from a US military laboratory. This raised the question in the public's mind as to who, inside a US facility, would be playing games with Anthrax. Suspicion focused on Dr. Ayaad Assaad, an Egyptian scientist working at Fort Detrick, based on an anonymous letter. Because Dr. Assaad's race fit in perfectly with the agenda of sparking a war into Arab lands rich in oil, the media ballyhooed that the FBI was closing in on the "Arab Anthrax Terrorist".
Ah, but the best laid plans gang aft aglay, and the FBI discovered that the end of the hunt for the sender of the Anthrax letters was NOT Dr. Assaad the Egyptian, but Dr. Zack, who is Jewish. At this point, both the FBI and the mainstream media stopped making any public comments on the case.
The above BBC article is clearly another step in the plan to try to shift the suspicion for the Anthrax letters further away from the Dr. Zack, to spare Israel further embarrassment in what appears to be a modern day revival of the Lavon Affair.
However, the claim that the Anthrax letters were simply an experiment in mail delivery that went awry is discredited by recalling that the envelopes and their contents were written in a way to cast suspicion for the letters in a specific direction, at Arabs! This clear evidence of a deliberate frame up proves that not only was this not simply a test procedure, but that the Anthrax in the letters was intended to kill people, while the letters themselves pointed the finger of blame."

When it was revealed that Anthrax had a "fingerprint" and could be . . and WAS . . . traced back to its place of origin which turned out not to be Afghanistan OR Iraq (as the Zionist Media reported in their run up to the Iraq War), but instead came from the U.S. Military Labs at Fort Detrick, Maryland . . .

It is pretty clear to many people that the legal system, its class laws, reflect the rot of the class system itself. In stable times, during the crippling class process of class deformed democracies and republics, the law is selectively enforced to reflect the interests of class power. When the class system is in crisis and the class laws and justice system stand exposed as totalitarians, duplicitous, corrupt, the rule of laws are themselves abandoned, trashed, for a police state and FASCISM.

The Justice Department has refused to prosecute major war crimes to prosecute their NAZI agenda around the world, whether under Liberalism, now fascists, or Conservatives, under fascist Republicans. This is the link to the anthrax case. In the run up to the Iraq war, the attempt to falsely blame Iraq for WMD and chemical, anthrax attacks were pretty obvious. The Justice department has along corrupt record of dropping cases or protecting Israeli fascists, from prosecution along with its own fascist criminals. We should find out what those connections of the research lab in Ohio, between Amerikan officials, and Israeli, Zionist insiders to see if they were both involved, and if there is a major coverup.
I am amazed when people do not look at the timing on anthrax. Truth is, the anthrax scare was timed along with the passage of the Patriot Act. When Congressmen debated about its constitutionality, they got anthrax. When the document was sent to the Supreme Court, THEY got anthrax too....which of course only underlined WHY we needed to take away so many freedoms and liberty....because there are bad people who will send you anthrax. I think this is far from coincidental, and it demands looking into. All of this stinks.....and what stinks also is that Bush's own cabinet got immunized against it just in time for the anthrax attacks (take about 9 days before the first phase of immunity starts to kick in). Coincidence? Perhaps they just had very good intell, unlike what was claimed for 9/11 and flying planes into buildings. Riiight. Never saw it coming despite similar scenatios suggested by Joing Chiefs during the ad ministration of JFK....so no, certainly, such things could not have been anticipated. I suspect even the DOJ could just be more obfuscation. See, I hate it when so much in the world just looks real bad such that just pointing out the potentially obvious makes me feel like a kook. What world are we in now? Someone slap me awake!
