Rumsfeld, like Himmler in charge of  the Nazis concentration camps by Hitler, was running the torture chambers of the United States for George W. Bush, throughout the world, mostly in secretly, except for those that were exposed, but George W. Bush authorized and advocated the torture of human beings in American custody, and often praised Rumsfeld, much like Hitler praised Himmler, for doing such an efficient job torturing people - simply change the wording of the practice of "torture" to "enhanced interrogation techniques" and lie about torture and say "America does not torture" whenever they got caught, and if the lie is repeated often enough it's believed by the masses -  Specific evidence of war crimes and torture - SECRETLY AUTHORIZING, AND ENCOURAGING THE USE OF TORTURE AGAINST CAPTIVES IN AFGHANISTAN, IRAQ, AND OTHER PLACES, AS A MATTER OF OFFICIAL POLICY..video link
