I will not vote for any candidate that does not publicaly support the impeachment of George W. Bush and Richard Cheney. Furthermore, I expect all government officials, military and civil, to fulfill their oaths to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States".

Wexler states in his oped, and I quote; "the worst legacy of the Clinton impeachment – where the GOP pursued trumped up and insignificant allegations - would be that it discourages future Congresses from examining credible and significant allegations of a constitutional nature when they arise."
All this proves is that the Republicans are more tenacious and agressive and are willing to persue their politial goals no matter what the cost. The Democrats,on the other hand are a bunch of "girly men" afraid of their own shadows, a bunch of wimps. Bush and Cheney are the two most unpopular men ever to occupy the White House, there is no end to the crimes they have committed, laws they have broken, lies, torture and on and on, and yet the Democrats can not even so much as censure much less impeach these two scoundrels?
There is no way in hell that I will vote for or support any Democrat in the next election if Bush and Cheney have not been impeached and the war and occupation is still going on!
If only Bush & Cheney were Democrats, they would have been impeached by now!
Never send a bunch of "girly men" to congress to do a mans job!
Some of the toughest, most effective, members of Congress are women, so I don't think "girly men" is a good description ,for poor performance. May be stupid, macho, self serving, assholes, would be better.
My Vote will be for Cynthia McKinney.
