of the United States

Dear Attorney General Holder
One George W. Bush has killed over 4,100 brave American soldiers in Iraq on his totally false pretenses and his big lies about Iraq.
Kindly take appropriate action to bring Bush to justice overdue.
Sincerely

Authorization to Use Military Force [ AUMF ] that Congress voted for never authorized George W. Bush to break our signed Treaty with the United Nations, which required a new war resolution to attack Iraq [ the only exception being an attack by Iraq on the United States which was lacking and none planned, and this only exception of self-defense cannot be anticipated in advance ] the Security Council had denied twice George W. Bush's request for a new war resolution to attack Iraq - and this Authorization, did not, under any circumstances known to our law abiding nation and citizens, authorize George W. Bush to lie so repeatedly to the American people and the Congress about an imminent threat from Iraq, his telling hundreds of lies about an imminent threat from Iraq to intentionally deceive the nation into supporting his War of Aggression against Iraq.
AUMF - "(2) Applicability of other requirements--Nothing in this resolution supercedes any requirments of the War Powers Resolution [ 50 U.S.C. 1541 et seq.]"
War Powers Resolution requires the President to comply with, honor and uphold, all the signed Treaties of the United States, such Treaties becoming the Supreme Law of the Land, but George W. Bush, in an outlaw manner, boasted he would not need a new war resolution from the Security Council to attacking Iraq [ he would use instead his political capital ], the Security Council having twice rejected his request for a new war resolution to attack Iraq, even though the United Nations Treaty requires a member state to obtain a new war resolution approved by the Security Council to attack another member state, lacking a self-defense reason for attacking first since a claim of self-defense cannot be anticipated in advance.
A criminal prosecution of George W. Bush is warranted to insure that our laws and treaties are duly honored, complied with, and upheld, thereby affirming that our nation can remain a nation of laws, where the law is supreme, and known lawbreakers are brought to justice.
Launching a War of Aggression is the Supreme Crime Against Humanity as established at Nuremberg by United States Chief Prosecutor Justice Robert H. Jackson [ "If certain acts of violation of treaties are crimes, they are
crimes whether the United States does them or whether Germany does them and we are not prepared to lay down a rule of criminal conduct against others, which we would not be willing to have invoked against us ], and
when George W. Bush attacked and invaded Iraq without a new war resolution from the United Nations Security Council [a signed Treaty], his invasion, occupation, and everything that followed became a War of Aggression and
totally illegal and immoral from the very first day.
George W. Bush, with command responsibility, bears the full responsibility for the unlawful deaths of over 1,000,000 Iraqis, and the unlawful deaths of over 4,100 American soldiers that were killed in Iraq as a result of his War of Aggression against Iraq and all these deaths on his totally false pretense and all the big lies he told about Iraq [ Iraq is an imminent threat to the United States, capable of attacking us within
forty-five minutes with deadly nuclear weapons resulting in a mushroom cloud over one of our cities, and Iraq has huge stockpiles of the most dangerous and deadly WMD known to mankind ].
Like Hermann Goring, Rudolf Hess, Wilheim Keitel, and the other Nazis Leaders, who were tried and found guilty at Nuremberg, a murder indictment is warranted for the prosecution of George W. Bush on the above listed charges - America remaining "a nation of laws", where "no one is above the law".

George W. Bush has grievously violated United States and International laws, treaties, and convenants worldwide, against torture, and under his direction and authorization, has tortured human beings in his custody, as the overwhelming evidence indicates:
Specific evidence of war crimes and torture - SECRETLY AUTHORIZING, AND ENCOURAGING THE USE OF TORTURE AGAINST CAPTIVES IN AFGHANISTAN, IRAQ, AND OTHER PLACES, AS A MATTER OF OFFICIAL POLICY..
In clear violation of his constitutional oath to faithfully execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty under Article II, Section 3 of the Constitution "to take care that the laws be faithfully executed", has both personally and acting through his agents and subordinates, together with Vice President Richard B. Cheney, violated United States and International Law and the US Constitution by secretly authorizing and encouraging the use of torture against captives in Afghanistan, Iraq, and other "dark sites" throughout the world in connection with his so-called "war" of terror against the human race..
In violation of the Constitution, US law, the Geneva Conventions (to which the US is a signatory), and in violation of basic human rights, torture has been authorized by George W. Bush and his administration as official policy.
Water-boarding, beatings, faked executions, confinement in extreme cold or extreme heat, prolonged enforcement of painful stress positions, sleep deprivation, sexual humiliation, and the defiling of religious articles have been practiced and exposed as routine at Guantanamo, at Abu Ghraib Prison and other US detention sites in Iraq, and at Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan.
George W. Bush, besides bearing responsibility for authorizing the use of torture, also as a Commander in Chief, bears ultimate responsibility for the failure to halt these practices and to punish those responsible once they were exposed.
Torture is further prohibited by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the paramount international human rights statement adopted unanimously by the United Nations General Assembly, including the United States, in 1948. Torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment is also prohibited by international treaties ratified by the United States: the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) and the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CAT).
George W. Bush's encouragement of and failure to prevent torture of American captives in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, has undermined the rule of law in the US and in the US military, and has seriously damaged both the effort to combat global terrorism, and more broadly, America's formerly "law abiding nation" image abroad.
In his effort to hide torture by US military forces and the CIA, George W. Bush has defied Congress and has lied to the American people, repeatedly claiming that the US "does not torture."
Indictment and prosecution of one George W Bush is waranted - for war crimes, torture, as this credibly accused war criminal remains at large in the United States.
