INVESTMENTS IN FOREIGN COMPANIES THROUGH THE YUCAIPA GLOBAL FUND, A LOS ANGELES BASED INVESTMENT FIRM, WOULD REVEAL THE POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST REGARDING COMPANIES THAT WOULD BENEFIT FROM PROPOSED NAFTA TRANSPORTATION CORRIDORS IN THE UNITED STATES.
ALSO, THE NAFTA PROJECT TO EXPAND THE PANAMA CANAL TO LINK THIS PASSAGE WAY TO THE PORT OF HOUSTON AT THE EXPENSE THE PORTS OF LOS ANGELES AND LONG BEACH WOULD BE DISCLOSED.

I am surprized the Obama supporter aren't all over this yet. This combined with her votes on funding the war and her NAFTA position with Walmart/Mexico, should spell the end of Billary.
We will see.

I sent copies to the Obama website:
(http://my.barackobama.com/page/s/contact2), and to the Philadelphia Inquirer, (http://www.philly.com/inquirer/columnists/harold_jackson/), as well as, to all of the major media websites, including the AP.
Also, I sent copies to the mayor of the City of Los Angeles, who is a BilHillary supporter. I am trying to educate him in hopes he will change his mind about BilHillary, because BilHillary is not in the best interests of the Ports of Los Angeles/Long Beach.
Thirty years ago, former mayor Bradley and the Los Angeles City Council appointed me to represent the City of Los Angeles, before the California Coastal Commission.
This has turned out to be a life long responsibilty

Finally, I sent a copy to the Pacific Maritme Assn.
If you look at the 2007 link on her site, you will see that they claim in the request for an extention, that it is because of the sale of the "blind trust" and they "estimate" the income received from that sale at 3.5 million.
I have made a correction posting on the site, and, like you called attention to the extention as well as the 15 million in income from the Yucaipa fund.
