My Silence Cannot Be Bought

I've chosen to go to court rather than accept a payoff from the 9/11 victims compensation fund. Instead, I want to know what went so wrong with our intelligence and security systems that a band of religious fanatics was able to turn four U.S passenger jets into an enemy force, attack our cities and kill 3,000 civilians with terrifying ease. I want to know why two 110-story skyscrapers collapsed in less than two hours and why escape and rescue options were so limited.
I am suing because unlike other investigative avenues, including congressional hearings and the 9/11 commission, my lawsuit requires all testimony be given under oath and fully uses powers to compel evidence.
The victims fund was not created in a spirit of compassion. Rather, it was a tacit acknowledgement by Congress that it tampered with our civil justice system in an unprecedented way. Lawmakers capped the liability of the airlines at the behest of lobbyists who descended on Washington while the Sept. 11 fires still smoldered.
And this liability cap protects not just the airlines, but also World Trade Center builders, safety engineers and other defendants.
The caps on liability have consequences for those who want to sue to shed light on the mistakes of 9/11. It means the playing field is tilted steeply in favor of those who need to be held accountable. With the financial consequences other than insurance proceeds removed, there is no incentive for those whose negligence contributed to the death toll to acknowledge their failings or implement reforms. They can afford to deny culpability and play a waiting game.
By suing, I've forfeited the "$1.8 million average award" for a death claim I could have collected under the fund. Nor do I have any illusions about winning money in my suit. What I do know is I owe it to my husband, whose death I believe could have been avoided, to see that all of those responsible are held accountable. If we don't get answers to what went wrong, there will be a next time. And instead of 3,000 dead, it will be 10,000. What will Congress do then?
So I say to Congress, big business and everyone who conspired to divert attention from government and private-sector failures: My husband's life was priceless, and I will not let his death be meaningless. My silence cannot be bought.

Heneghan's blog says she was assassinated as a 911 Whistleblower. Yes, she was one of the only victims who refused to be bought off, and her plane was said to be hit with an electromagnetic pulse weapon from direction of Canada.

"Eckert was to arrive in Buffalo, New York and then fly to Chicago, Illinois with major NEW 9/11 evidence, which was financial in nature, showing PRE 9/11 knowledge of the attacks and the involvement of the "black ops" unit of the U.S. Pentagon, along with the Israeli Mossad and the East German Stasi DVD.
Eckert was on the way to Chicago to meet with Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald with evidence showing that her phone was illegally wiretapped for five (5) years by the illegal Bushfraud NSA spy operation, “Stellar Wind”.
Eckert was also in possession of DNA samples and recent photographs showing the alleged 9/11 hijackers were still alive!
We can also reveal that Eckert had been in direct communication with then presidential candidate Barack Obama and Caroline Kennedy, daughter of assassinated President Kennedy, for the past two (2) years concerning this evidence.
The EMF electronic attack on Continental Express Flight 3407 was triggered from a site in Canada near the U.S. border at the time the aircraft turned on their de-icing machine and lowered their landing gear."
There are several unusual things concerning this particular case which are of note, and which are also generating much speculation among many: First, according to Heneghan's blog, Beverly Eckert had in her possession several pieces of evidence which would have blown the lid off of the actual events of Sept. 11th, 2001. The fact that she was going to be traveling to Chicago to meet with U.S. Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald -- the man who put Blago's good buddy, "Tony" Rezko, in jail -- to present him with this evidence would indicate that whatever she uncovered in her own investigations carried enough weight to make a lot of people, both in the former G.W. Bush administration as well as those former Clinton-era people who are now serving in the current Obama Administration extremely nervous, along with many senior members of the U.S. military, including (probably) the members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
Secondly, Mrs. Eckert had been in close communication with both President Obama, as well as Caroline Kennedy, concerning the evidence which she had discovered, and it's also interesting to note that shortly after the crash of Flight 3407, Caroline Kennedy abruptly withdrew her intention to become the Democratic Junior Senator from New York.
Thirdly, the plane landed flat upon the house in Clarence Center, it didn't take a sharp dive or spin into the house. Another thing which is interesting is that the plane immedately burst into flames, which made the entire crash "too hot" for fire department officials, along with the NTSB investigators, for them to investigate. According to various reports, the plane and the house were practically vaporized by the intense flames from the fire, which could suggest that some type of accelerant may have been aboard the plane, and that the EMF electronic attack could have triggered the release of the accelerant from its container -- possibly some type of flammable liquid or a lethal gas -- which could have filled the airplane, and helped to render passengers and crew unconscious, which would cause the plane's front windows to ice over due to the lack of oxygen inside the plane's cabin.
When the plane crashed and burst into flames, the heat generated from the fire was intense enough to melt anything in and very close to the crash site, with the possible exception of the "black box" flight recorders. Any evidence which Mrs. Eckert had in her possession would have been completely destroyed, including the DNA samples. Those samples would have been intermixed with those of the crash victims, rendering them utterly useless, and the container which contained the accelerant would have also been destroyed, leaving no trace of its existence.
In the wake of this, we must ask, "who would benefit" from Mrs. Eckert's death?
Certainly, the former Bush/Cheney Administration benefits, because their complicity in the 9/11 attacks would remain hidden from the American people. The current Obama Administration benefits, because those Administration officials who worked in the Clinton White House can rest easy, knowing that their own advance knowledge of the 9/11 attacks while Bill Clinton was still in office will never see the light of day. And of course, the U.S. military's "black ops" unit, along with the Israeli Mossad and the East German Stasi DVD benefit, because their involvement in the cover-up of what really occurred during the 9/11 attacks will never be revealed, and the real cause of the collapse of WTC Tower 7 will also remain shrouded in mystery, much to the relief of the corporate robber-barons who would have been facing prosecution and imprisonment for their criminal financial misconduct.
Yes, a lot of powerful people -- both in government and in the corporate sector -- would have a lot to lose if Beverly Eckert had gone public with the evidence she possessed. So, she became the target of a political assassination, and sadly, the others who perished in that plane crash were reduced to nothing more than "casualties" of an imaginary "war on terror" which isn't designed to go after genuine terrorists, but it's actually a war against the American people to keep us docile and controlled, either through huge financial payoffs to buy our silence, or, when that didn't work, other extreme measures, including the permanently extreme, can be used against us.
Actually, Caroline Kennedy was reported to have officially withdrawn from the race on about Jan. 22, 2009, according to the N.Y. Daily News, Stephie, which was before this air accident, but the crash and killing of the whistleblower is the same pattern of events which have been ongoing since 911 happened. This particular evidence which Eckert allegedly had aligned with what former FBI linguist, Whistleblower Sibel Edmonds had been trying to testify to, but was issued the so-called national security gag order.

Colgan Air is in the process of collecting information and will schedule a preliminary news briefing to be held in Buffalo. Information concerning the time and location of the briefing will be distributed to the news media as soon as it is available.'

But along with the crash and death of Mike Connell, the star potential witness against election rigging charges, and other deaths and fires, the relative pattern of evidence destruction continues.
The unexpected sudden icing up of the windshield of the aircraft during flight may indicate the presence of more than natural elements present on that fateful scene as I'm sure accelerants, possibly like ether-based ones which you can add to a car's carburetor to aid in starting the engine, might cause sudden iced up surface. The question would be, how did it get on windshield? One would have to know if that model of aircraft has a windscreen de-icer fluid tank like an auto has, then possibly the fluids could be switched, but I didn't think a plane which travels that fast had such a spray mechanism. The slipstream is much to vociferous to allow the spray to remain on the surface of the windscreen for but a millisecond.
That plane had an excellent flying safety record and it was on automatic pilot like JFK junior's plane when it went down.
Come to think of it a famous golfer, I think, had a learjet ice up like that several years ago and it climbed way up into the stratosphere with dead or unconscious crew and passengers aboard it was speculated, before crashing. So maybe the cockpits of these aircraft of today could be rigged the way the late Lady Diana's Mercedes was when it was stolen the week or so before the accident. Maybe a gas or vapor could be released into a pressurized cabin, and where the hell could anyone go if it happened?!!! Same place the 911 airliners went, I guess.
The Germans removed the U.S. computers and software from their planes, Airbuses, etc., before 911 because, I think they already knew of the Raytheon-like hijacking features present in American setups.

Yes, Obama has been identified by sources as a CIA agent, so with CIA agents, Bill and Hillary Clinton in the W. House with him, the CIA, (George H.W. Bush Center for Terrorism) is rolling big and strong and the we the people, who wanted them out back at the JFK Assassination are hopelessly sunk under the cons again.
The fact that Obama is CIA, and Biden's sons have been linked to Alan Stanford and Scandal, is reason enough to tell you why Obama and Geithner kept the junk debt and did not quickly implement the Leo Wanta, Reagan-Mitterrand Protocol Settlements and re-fund our banks and Treasury.
By continuing to save the junk debt of their cronies, they keep their CIA cronies and masters in great power to steamroll over the U.S. and the world.
They may think it's going to work, but it won't work. Hillary is having problems selling the junk debt to the Chinese, I think, instead of their previous love affair they used to enjoy. The Chinese don't want our debt anymore because they know it's worthless.
So now, as more and more of these Alan Stanford, Bernie Madoff Ponzi Scheme Scandals erupt, and I hear there are at least ten in Europe waiting to erupt in the E.U., we will see more debt and stuff like a 10 million dollar Treasury instrument for 5 years requires $ 100,000.00 just to insure it, instead of the former $90,000.00, and it shouldn't take but $ 10,000.00 according to experts.
With the CIA stooges in our government the 'Candidates For The Con' will continue to amass uncountable debt in their continued attempt to manipulate markets, fix up various phony trusts and offshore stuff, like Hillary's Children's Defense Fund, and as long as the G-3 Money supply isn't required to be reported the value of the dollar will be obscured, thus leading to more control and confusion for the CONS.
It looks very hopeless, indeed, which is obviously why 9 states, at last count, have declared Sovereignty with more states sure to follow!
The states are reportedly frustrated and have had it with our so-called federal government's lack of perception on states' issues like the administration's passion for funding overseas abortion with taxpayer money, while it ignores raging crises within our borders like the criminal illegal alien invasion and other issues.
The states are pulling away from a sinking ship and passing honest money bills within the states, etc..
