Do drunk drivers get to drive themselves home after they've been arrested for a DUI? Does the Homicide Squad leave the murder weapon behind at the scene? Is the defense counsel allowed to hold onto the evidence? Can you imagine John Wayne Gacey saying "I'm sorry, Officers, I sold that house. The bodies buried under it have nothing to do with me." and pulling it off?

Subpeonas for the White House e-mail should have been issued only after provision had been made to secure the material if immediate cooperation wasn't forthcoming?

Here's some advice to any Congressperson about to investigate any part of the Unitary Executive Branch. Subpoena first and secure the evidence immediately. AND, remember to search their clothing-don't forget Fawn Hall and her undies.

THREE GENERALS REFUSE JOB AS WAR CZAR

First he came up with GWOT-the Global War on Terror; now the Unitary Executive gives us the supremely undemocratic WAR EMPEROR, I mean War Czar.

I wouldn't rush to put our generals on a pedestal. It's probably not the job, just the title that's objectionable. These Congressionally created Gentlemen haven't done much in the way of standing up to our champagne squadron-in-chief.

Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, unilaterally removed the impeachment of George W. Bush and Richard B. Cheney from the some “table” (her back room?) on 7 November 2006-the day her party won a majority in the U.S. Congress. Six years after the U.S. Supreme Court disastrously appointed him President, the American People were fed up with their erstwhile Unitary Executive. They threw his party out and voted overwhelming for peace and an end to the Bush regime.

You really have to wonder how these politicans are making their decisions. I dare say I could dowse a way out of Iraq faster.

CANDIDATE ELLISON v. REPRESENTATIVE ELLISON

Candidate Ellison was for impeachment and against the war.

Representative Ellison is for impeachment if it ever becomes absolutely unavoidable and convenient.
Representative Ellison is for peace as long as he doesn't have to rock the Pelosi/Party boat.

Candidate Ellison and Respresentative Ellison are for an end to greenhouse emmissions. Do you believe him?

If he can't/wont' stop the war. If he can't/wont' stop the Unitary Executive. Just how is he going to stop global warming?

Answer: First step, Rep. Ellison should stop emitting certain things himself.

An Open Letter

If we keep sweeping dirt under the rug to hide it, eventually we won't be able to walk on the rug at all.

Maybe, just maybe, if we had stuck to the pursuit of justice as diligently as we pursued a course of peace and quiet; we wouldn't be in this fix. We'll never know what would have been the harvest of seeing justice done in the case of the Iran-Contra Scandal. And, we'll never know what would have been the result of excluding the Three Fifths Clause from the Constitution. We weren't there and what's in the past is done. The question is what are you going to do about crime now.

...so is being shipped to Iraq.

His plan: Break more laws. Their plan: Make more laws for him to break. Forget Sam Fox, IMPEACH BUSH & CHENEY already. Bush HAS broken laws and there's no best or worst about it.

Hawaii's state legislature has introduced a resolution to petition the U.S. House to impeach Bush and Cheney.

The bill was offered on April 14th, and now goes back to the Judiciary and Labor Committee on April 22nd for further deliberations. The committee will decide whether to send the bill to the full Senate for a vote.

Candidate Dennis Kucinich asked the voters whether he should initiate the impeachment of Bush and Cheney. Tell his YES. Get DIY Impeachment petitions of memorial.

MARCH FOR THE PEOPLE June 21st-September 21st

Mario Penalver, a graduate student in the Humanities Program at the University of Chicago, is walking the seven hundred miles from Chicago, Illinois to Washington, D.C. to demand an end to the Iraq War and in protest of the impending attack on Iran through the impeachment of President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney as the chief architects of these acts of aggression in violation of international treaties and for other crimes, misdemeanors and abuses of office.

Anti-Moonbat group Citizens for Corporate Rights advocates almost immediate preemptive war on Poland.

There can be no peace without justice. And, justice means impeaching George Bush. Therefore, we have to impeach Bush to have peace.

So America can't pursue impeachment and peace at the same time. Here's the proof America can walk and chew gum at the same time. San Francisco, the city that voted to support impeachment, has also banned plastic bags.

Now, bags are bad; but war is worse. Why can't San Francisco's Congressperson, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, do something similar? Like ban the occupation of Iraq and the possible war in Iran? If a great city like San Francisco can operate on the local, the national and the global levels all at the same time; why can't Pelosi's Congress work on the international and national levels simultaneously?

Impeach for peace. Seems like a no brainer. Maybe San Francisco should've banned some other bag.

Using a word that lies perpetuates the lie and gives it power. There's no President anymore. No one is running for that office. George W. Bush and his supporters got rid of it. Don't accept the lie. Start calling George Bush the Unitary Executive of America. Speak the correct term, write the correct term. Call an ace an ace.

I sent the following e-mail to my U.S. Representative, Keith Ellison of the Minnesota 5th Congressional District.

Mr. Ellison,

I do not support the current supplemental spending bill that will fund the continued occupation of Iraq. If Congress gives the Bush administration any money for anything, it will be used to fund these immoral and illegal military adventures. Use the power of the purse and your ability to subpeona before its too late.

It's not only the generals that prepare for the last war. This is not the Vietnam War. We have to protest this war.

The forces of repression and control have fairly well psyched out the situation since the Vietnam War and have developed plenty of countermeasures to stymie all but the most imaginative and determined attempts to be heard. Certain maxims hold true throughout time. This is so in war and any human occupation. We have to find those maxims and fit them to the realities of our situation.
